Refund Policy is regulated by Federal guidelines that do not allow for a medicine to be accepted for return shipped properly by the seller. However if you receive a damaged or defective order, you can simply reach to us by writing a mail. Return policy - As per the rules and regulations, we cannot accept returns on any of the tablets produced by us that meets the quality standards and the expectations of the customers or was already shipped correctly by the organization against a customer's online purchase. In such cases, where everything on company's behalf is done properly in a systematic and organized way.  In these cases, there will be no refund from the organization. We have been serving our customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Though, our company encourages customers to follow their physician's instructions, but we cancel the orders that have already been shipped to you. If you want to return to get refund or wish to exchange any of your medications bought from our company because your doctor has changed or modified your prescription due to any reason, then please take note that we will not be able to process any such requests. We cannot provide you any refund for medicines that have left our storage house. Thus, it is recommended to consult a doctor before placing the order for purchase. However, if you want to return your shipment because the package is damaged, or anything as such, then please get in touch with our Customer Care department. They will answer all your queries because we wish to serve you the best. Once you have placed your order, it is requested that you wait for a minimum of 21 working days for the delivery of the order. In case the order is not delivered within 21 days, you can get back to us with details of your order and will process your refund.

In the event of wrong delivery of order, you are required to inform us right away so as to enable us process the refund on time.

Also, in case the partial order is received then there will be a refund for the same. However, if the delivered medications were found to be damaged or faulty or it's not of appropriate quality, then we will either ship you a replacement package or issue you a refund depending on your request. If there are any issues faced by the clients because of the company, then the cost will be borne by the company, however for any other mistakes where the company is not responsible the loss will be borne by the customers themselves. You may raise a ticket to notify us if your order is not delivered within the promised time.
